above sea level in Khachik village, Vayots Dzor province.

These are some of the highest elevation vineyards in the world, the highest elevation vineyards in the Northern Hemisphere that produce Méthode Traditionnelle .

This wine represents the perfect storm of limestone soil and volcanic rock growing idyllic crisp white grapes, ripened by sunlight from high elevation vineyards.

Ageing minimum 22 months on the lees.
