Shipping policy

  1. Minimum order of 6 bottles required for ordering from this members site.
  2. In the event, if you really would like to purchase less than 6 bottles, we may be able to negotiate this exception, subject to delivery charge of $35. We do not provide a self collection service.
  3. Estimated delivery dates should be 2 working days from the date of order.
  4. Deliveries are done from Monday to Friday only.
  5. Delivery timings are 2pm to 6pm, unless otherwise confirmed and arranged separate timings.
  6. Occasionally some of the wines will require bonded warehouse clearance, which can take up to 5 working days to arrange.
  7. We will try to confirm vintages with you once order has been placed, in case the vintage is sold out, we will offer alternative vintage.
  8. When receiving the wines, please check the wines with the delivery personnel and highlight any discrepancy.
  9. We will always communicate with you about your wines to ensure if you are informed of the delivery duration and timings.
