Grape: Pinot Noir 100%.

The Pinot Noir grapes for this wine are cultivated on limestone-rich soils in the 'Pierres Dorées' area which is in the Beaujolais area, which is part of the Burgundy wine administrative region.

These soils share characteristics with those found in Burgundy's Côte d'Or, making them particularly suitable for Pinot Noir cultivation. 

Harvesting is done by hand to ensure the selection of high-quality grapes.

Domaine Romy, established in the 1700s, is a family-run estate.

Currently managed by Nicolas Romy and his father Dominique.

The estate adheres to Terra Vitis certification, emphasizing sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention to preserve the natural expression of the terroir.
