Grape: Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Made using the Champagne Methode, also known as the traditional method.

Since Champagne uses 2 red wine grapes, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and 1 white wine grape Chardonnay to do their Champagne, so this Cremant also uses two red grapes of Bordeaux to make their methode champagne Cremant.

Same like in Champagne you have Blanc de Noir, which means either 100%  Pinot Noir, 100% Pinot Meunier, or a blend of the two red wine grapes, similarly this Cremant is Blanc de Noir too.

It is a premium Cremant, and Brut Nature, which means only the best ripened grapes are used to make this cremant.

Louis Vallon is aged for at least 12 months on the lees so that its aromatic and gustatory qualities develop.

Aromas of apricot and white flowers, with an explosion of freshness on the palate that sweeps us away with its subtle candied orange aromatics.
