3. Products and Pricing

All products available on our Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and prices. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our Site. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We accept payment via PAYNOW or BANK TRANSFER only for this members only site. All payments are processed securely.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud prevention systems.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Singapore. Delivery times and fees are provided under shipping policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the delivery. We may require age verification upon delivery.

In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within two (2) working days of delivery at indra@members-winescout.com.sg or +65 82004844/ We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to the return of the original product in its received condition.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to a few business days to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Responsible Consumption

We promote responsible drinking. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that alcohol should be consumed in moderation and in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wine Scout Pte Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Singaporean and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wine Scout Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our Site or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
